These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website synthbridge.net and any services provided by SynthBridge Consulting LLC (“SynthBridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the site or accepting a proposal, statement of work, or order from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement, and you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our services

SynthBridge provides professional consulting and development services, including AI integration, data analytics and integration, digital transformation, automation, and web application development. The website presents general information about these services and is not itself an offer to contract.

3. Engagement terms control

Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work (SOW), master services agreement (MSA), and where applicable a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or Business Associate Agreement (BAA). If any conflict exists between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

4. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to: (a) use the site unlawfully or in violation of these Terms; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data; (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site except under a written authorization (see our Security page for responsible disclosure); (d) interfere with or disrupt the site or its infrastructure; or (e) scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data except as permitted by our robots.txt and llms.txt.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by SynthBridge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “SynthBridge” and the SynthBridge logo are marks of SynthBridge Consulting LLC. Ownership of deliverables produced in an engagement is governed by the applicable SOW/MSA. Nothing on this site transfers any license except the limited right to view it for your own informational use.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Fees & payment

Fees, milestones, and payment terms for services are set out in the applicable proposal, SOW, or invoice. Card payments, where offered, are processed by a PCI DSS Level 1 payment processor through hosted fields; SynthBridge does not store full card numbers. Late or non-payment may pause work as described in the engagement agreement.

8. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Informational content on the site is not professional advice for your specific situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynthBridge and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability arising from the website is limited to USD $100. Liability under a paid engagement is governed by the limitation-of-liability terms in that engagement’s agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SynthBridge and its members from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Union County, New Jersey for any dispute not otherwise subject to a dispute-resolution clause in a signed engagement agreement.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
